Materials

Special Slow Cooked Shoulder of Lamb!
  1.     One and a half kg of meat including khasi / sheep sinus bones
  2.     Half a cup of sour yogurt
  3.     2 teaspoons of paprika powder (can also be made with red chilli powder)
  4.     Ginger paste 2 teaspoons
  5.     2 teaspoons of crushed garlic
  6.     1 teaspoon of hot spice powder
  7.     Half a cup of onion barista
  8.     Half a cup of sour yogurt
  9.     2 tablespoons of raw papaya paste
  10.     Salt to taste

Slow cooked shoulder of lamb method

- First, scrape the piece of meat along with the sinus bones with a knife, you can also do it with a fork. When marinating the meat, the spices get into the meat very well.

- Now make a paste by mixing all the above ingredients with sour curd.

- Now put this paste on the minced meat and marinate it for at least 1 hour (if it is fresh meat, it will be done in one hour), if you want, you can marinate it the night before.

- Spread foil paper on a baking tray. Sprinkle a little black pepper, dry rosemary (you can do it if you don't) with the marinated piece of meat.

- Cover the baking tray very well with foil paper so that no steam escapes from the inside. Now bake it in a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees for at least 2 hours.

- After 2 hours, open the foil paper and you will see the meat coming out from the bones. Serve with shredded meat hot spicy smashed potatoes and fresh salad.
