Materials
- 2 cups without large shrimp shell
- Ginger paste 1 tbsp
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons of sweet chili sauce
- 2 teaspoons of coriander leaves
- Half a teaspoon of dried chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon of oil
- Sesame seeds (for serving)
- Salt to taste

Chinese style steamed prawn recipe
- Marinate all the above ingredients very well. It is best to keep it for 1 hour. Work will continue in 10 minutes.
- Now arrange the shrimps on the stick of sasalik. Place them on a plate. Spread the extra sauce on top. Let this plate be steamed in a bamboo steamer. In a large frying pan, add water and cover with a plate. Put it on steam for about 15 minutes.
-Serve this fried rice with fried rice. It also feels great to eat for a light breakfast.
