Materials

Healthy spiced buttermilk indian drink

  1.     Sour yogurt - 1 cup
  2.     Cold water - 2 glasses
  3.     Green pepper - 1
  4.     Salt - 1 teaspoon
  5.     Mint leaves - 1/3 cup
  6.     Coriander leaves - 1/3 cup
  7.     Pepper powder - 1/4 teaspoon
  8.     Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon

Spiced buttermilk  Method

1) Lightly grind mint leaves, coriander leaves and chilli.

2) Blend the grinded mixture, sour yogurt, salt, cumin powder, a little black pepper powder and 1/2 glass of water in a blender.

3) Now take the blended mixture in a large bowl and knead the pulses with 1.5 glasses of water, a little salt and cumin powder or blend with a hand blender.

4) Now pour in a glass and serve cold spiced buttermilk. You can garnish with a little pepper powder, mint leaves and coriander leaves on top before serving.
