Raw mango khichuri materials
- 200 grams of basmati rice
- Boot pulses 2 tablespoons
- 100 g of raw mango paste (boiled)
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- Ghee 1/2 table spoon
- Nuts 2 tablespoons
- 2 teaspoons of black mustard
- Dried chillies at 4 p.m.
- Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon
- Coconut powder 2 tablespoons
- Cumin powder 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt is free
Raw mango khichuri method
Basmati rice should be soaked in water for 5 minutes and cooked with ghee and salt. Blend 1 teaspoon black mustard, 3 dried chillies, half mango, coconut, cumin powder, salt.
In a pan, cook pulses, remaining mustard, dried chillies, nuts, mango paste in hot oil for 5 minutes, then add blended paste and then steam with cooked basmati rice. Serve hot.
