You can have Chinese fish curry as a dinner or lunch item. If you want, you can give it with some fresh vegetables, but if you don't, it is fun!




Best Chinese fish curry recipe


Everything you need to make Chinese fish curry-


  1.     Cut any fish fillet long - 2 cups (without cutting)
  2.     Ginger powder - 2 teaspoons
  3.     Garlic cloves - 1 teaspoon
  4.     Tomato ketchup - 1 tbsp
  5.     Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  6.     Oyster Sauce - 1 tbsp
  7.     Vinegar - 1 teaspoon
  8.     Sugar - 1/2 teaspoon
  9.     Pepper powder - 1 teaspoon
  10.     Eggs - 1
  11.     Cornflower - 2 tablespoons
  12.     Flour - 1 tablespoon
  13.     Sesame oil (sesame oil) / any oil - 1 tbsp
  14.     Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  15.     Cut onion buds long - 1/2 cup
  16.     Salt to taste

Method


1. First marinate the fish pieces in a bowl with lemon juice and a little salt for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, mix the fish pieces with flour, cornflower, black pepper powder, egg and mix well.

2. Now dip these smeared pieces in oil and fry them till golden.

3. Mix 1 teaspoon of cornflower in 1/3 cup of water.

4. Now put oil in the pan. Make garlic sauce, ginger paste, tomato ketchup, soy sauce, oyster sauce, vinegar, salt to taste and make a sauce with a little water.

5. Now mix the fried fish pieces well in this sauce. Along with long chopped onion sprouts (you can do without) and cornflower. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Take it down when it becomes a little gravy!

6. Serve with hot fried rice Chinese fish curry!
