Method


1. Mince the chicken breast. You can use any kind of meat without bones or oil for mince. Then paste all the ingredients of kofta in a blender, do not mix water.

2. When it is blended, make a ball of your choice by making a round shape. Then heat the oil in the oven and fry the balls reddish on low heat. Do not fry too hard. When done, lower and place on a plate.

3. Heat oil in another pan and add ginger, garlic paste, chilli powder, cumin powder, hot spice powder, poppy seed paste, tomato paste, bay leaves, raisins for gravy and fry well. Cover with kofta and reduce the flame. After 5 minutes, remove the lid and cook for another 5 minutes with onion and half a cup of water on low heat. When the oil floats, spread ghee on top and take it down.
