Materials
- 4 pieces of salmon without cutting into pieces
- 1/4 cup of brown sugar
- 1/4 cup of soy sauce
- 1/4 cup of sesame oil
- 1/4 cup of water
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic
Method
- - Mix all the ingredients in a bowl except the fish pieces. Now dip the fish pieces in this mixture and leave it in the fridge for 30 minutes to marinate.
- - After 30 minutes, remove the fish from the mixture. Now heat the oil in a non-stick pan with 1 tablespoon of oil and fry the fish pieces on medium heat till they turn brown on both sides.
