  1. Minced shrimp - 1 cup
  2.  Bason- 1/2 cup
  3. Cashew nuts - 1/2 cup
  4. Green chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
  5. Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon
  6. Red chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
  7. Onion sprouts - 1 teaspoon
  8. Onion paste - 3 tablespoons
  9. Ginger paste - 2 teaspoons
  10.  Garlic paste - 2 teaspoons
  11.  1 egg
  12. Cumin powder kept in the tin - 2 teaspoons
  13. Tomato sprouts - 1/2 cup
  14. Salt - to taste
  15.  Coriander leaves - 1 cup
  16.  Onion barista- for garnish
  17.  Oil - 4 tablespoons

Shrimp kofta curry recipe


1) First make a mixture with shrimp mince with coriander leaves, gram flour, almond paste, green chilli paste, onion paste and some salt.

2) Now break an egg and add it to the mixture so that it is convenient to give the shape of kofta. Eggs will do the binding here.

3) Now make a round ball from this mixture.

4) On the other hand, heat oil in a large pan over medium heat and fry the koftas until they turn brown. You can deep fry if you want, you can also lightly fry it.

5) Kofta was made. Now take the amount of oil in another pan for gravy. Flavor will come out very well if you use kofta frying oil.

6) When the oil is hot, add onion paste, ginger paste and garlic paste.

6) Remove the oil from the spices and add tomato paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt. Mix the spices well with a little water.

6) Now spread the cumin powder in this gravy with the pre-fried koftas.

9) Then cover with a lid and simmer for 5 minutes on low heat.

10) When the broth thickens, put green chillies, onion seeds and coriander leaves on top.
