Materials
- Khasi meat 1 kg
- Half a cup of capsicum
- Half a cup of oil
- 1 cup of yogurt
- Half a cup of onion sprouts
- Ginger paste 2 tablespoons

- 1/2 teaspoon of dried red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon of hot spice powder
- 2 teaspoons of coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon of cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper powder
- A few cloves
- Cardamom 4-5 p.m.
- Some cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon of wood almond paste
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- Like salt to taste
- Slight red color (if not)
Method
Mix all the spices with the mutton in the pot (capsicum paste, marinate without butter for 1 hour. Then put it in the oven on low heat for 1 hour. It will not have much broth.
Now put 2 tablespoons of butter in an iron pan and grate onion in it. Fry a little red. Sprinkle with capsicum. Cook for 3 minutes and add the cooked khasir meat. Fry for a while and take it down.
