  Materials


  1.     Khasi meat 1 kg
  2.     Half a cup of capsicum
  3.     Half a cup of oil
  4.     1 cup of yogurt
  5.     Half a cup of onion sprouts
  6.     Ginger paste 2 tablespoons
  7.     2 tablespoons of garlic paste
  8.     1/2 teaspoon of dried red chilli powder
  9.     1 teaspoon of hot spice powder
  10.     2 teaspoons of coriander powder
  11.     1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder
  12.     1 teaspoon of cumin powder
  13.     1 teaspoon of black pepper powder
  14.     A few cloves
  15.     Cardamom 4-5 p.m.
  16.     Some cinnamon
  17.     1 teaspoon of wood almond paste
  18.     2 tablespoons of butter
  19.     Like salt to taste
  20.     Slight red color (if not)

Method


Mix all the spices with the mutton in the pot (capsicum paste, marinate without butter for 1 hour. Then put it in the oven on low heat for 1 hour. It will not have much broth.

Now put 2 tablespoons of butter in an iron pan and grate onion in it. Fry a little red. Sprinkle with capsicum. Cook for 3 minutes and add the cooked khasir meat. Fry for a while and take it down.
