Ingredients for meat marinade


  1. - Solid beef - 500 grams
  2. - Ginger juice - 1 tablespoon
  3. - Garlic juice - 1 tablespoon
  4. - Onion juice - 1 tbsp
  5. - Pepper sprouts - as per choice
  6. - Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  7. - Hot spice powder - 1 teaspoon
  8. - Papaya paste - 1 teaspoon
  9. - Tomato sauce - 2 tablespoons
  10. - Tastes like salt
  11. - Mustard oil - 2 tablespoons

Ingredients for flour mixture


  1. - Flour - 4 tablespoons
  2. - Cornflower - 6 tablespoons
  3. - Salt - a little
  4. - Pepper powder - Half a teaspoon
  5. - Fenugreek powder - Half a teaspoon

Method


1. Meat should be cut into 1 inch size excluding fat, bones and membranes. All the ingredients except papaya should be mixed together and spread with the meat and kept for 1 hour. After 1 hour, add papaya paste with this meat.

2. Now you have to keep it for another 15-20 minutes.

3. All the ingredients should be mixed together for the flour mixture.

4. Now take back the marinated meat and roll it in flour mixture and fry it in deep oil. Fry everything like this. Yes, it became crispy beef fry. You can serve hot with sauce or very jam with potato wedges.
