  1. • Eggs - 1
  2. • White mustard powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  3. • White pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  4. Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  5. Sugar - 1/4 teaspoon
  6. Salt- little
  7. • Oil - 3 or 4 cups


Preparation method

1) First separate the yolk and white part of the egg. It should be cracked separately with a beater.

2) Now mix the two together and mix white mustard powder, white pepper powder, lemon juice, a little salt and sugar in it.

3) Then take the mixed ingredients in a blender. The blender will run slowly and pour a little oil on top.

4) After a while you have to add oil, give it all at once but mayonnaise will not accumulate.

5) Once the mixture thickens, turn off the blender immediately. Yes, but in 2 minutes it was ready!
Caution

1) Do not use refrigerated eggs directly while making mayonnaise. Eggs should be brought out of the fridge and brought to room temperature first.

2) The amount of oil depends on the size of the egg. As soon as the mixture becomes thick in the blender, you will no longer need to add oil.

3) If mayonnaise bursts during cooking, break another egg and continue to blend. This will freeze the mixture.

4) You can give coriander leaves, garlic, mint leaves or ingredients of your choice to make a difference in taste.

5) It can be stored in the fridge for 2-3 days. If you want to do it for 1 week, you can give vinegar instead of lemon juice.
