1) First break the egg in a large pot and mix salt, black pepper powder, a little cumin powder and coriander leaves in it.

3) Then lightly fry it with mushroom paste, onion paste and green chilli paste.

4) Once it is fried, stir it a little with the tomato paste. Then pour the beaten egg mixture.
