Materials


  1.     Chicken breast - 4 lbs
  2.     Butter - 4 tablespoons
  3.     Garlic cloves - 5
  4.     Thyme - 3 tablespoons
  5.     Basil - 3 tablespoons
  6.     Oregano - 3 tablespoons
  7.     Mushrooms - 1/2 cup
  8.     Heavy cream - 1 cup
  9.     Chicken broth - 1/2 cup
  10.     Parmesan cheese - 1/2 cup
  11.     Salt- to taste
  12.     Pepper powder- to taste

Method


- Put 2 tablespoons of butter in a frying pan in the oven. Then add chicken and fry for 5-6 minutes on medium heat.

- When the chicken is done, put it away. In the same pan, add 2 tablespoons of butter and mushrooms, garlic, basil, thyme and oregano for 5-6 minutes (lightly folded).

- Now pour heavy cream, chicken broth and cheese in it and whisk until the cheese melts.

- Now add the fried chicken and mix everything well with salt and pepper powder to your liking and cover with a lid for 3-4 minutes.

- When done, lower and serve.
