Chicken and mushroom recipes
Materials
- Chicken breast - 4 lbs
- Butter - 4 tablespoons
- Garlic cloves - 5
- Thyme - 3 tablespoons
- Basil - 3 tablespoons
- Oregano - 3 tablespoons
- Mushrooms - 1/2 cup
- Heavy cream - 1 cup
- Chicken broth - 1/2 cup
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 cup
- Salt- to taste
- Pepper powder- to taste
Method
- Put 2 tablespoons of butter in a frying pan in the oven. Then add chicken and fry for 5-6 minutes on medium heat.
- When the chicken is done, put it away. In the same pan, add 2 tablespoons of butter and mushrooms, garlic, basil, thyme and oregano for 5-6 minutes (lightly folded).
- Now pour heavy cream, chicken broth and cheese in it and whisk until the cheese melts.
- Now add the fried chicken and mix everything well with salt and pepper powder to your liking and cover with a lid for 3-4 minutes.
- When done, lower and serve.
