    Chicken breast striped / cut into squares - 4 pieces

    Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons

    Corn starch - 3 tablespoons
    Flour - 6 tablespoons
    Salt - 1 tablespoon
    Pepper powder - 1/2 table spoon

For the sauce


    Honey - 2 tablespoons
    Sweet chili sauce - 2 tbsp
    Tomato ketchup - 6 tablespoons
    Salt- to taste
    Water - 1/2 cup
    Sesame Seed - Toasted

- Take soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, olive oil together and mix it well with chicken breast strips. Let it marinate for 3-4 hours. After marinating, separate the chicken from the mixture.

- Mix cornstarch, flour, salt and pepper powder together. This time add the chicken pieces little by little in this mixture. Mix everything well so that all the chicken is covered with flour mixture.

- Heat oil on medium heat in the oven. Leave the chicken gently in the oil. Fold until golden in color. If so, pick it up.

- Put another pan in the oven and put honey, chili sauce, ketchup and water together. Cook until thickened. Reduce heat and cover with a lid until the sauce thickens. If so, take it down.

- Pour the hani sauce over the fried chicken. Then spread sesame seeds on it.
