Mutton biryani recipe step by step
 
 

  1.     Khasi meat 1 kg
  2.     Basmati or Polaway rice is half a kg
  3.     4/5 potatoes
  4.     Half a cup of onion sprouts
  5.     Ginger paste 1 tbsp
  6.     1 tablespoon of garlic paste
  7.     1 teaspoon of cumin powder
  8.     Half a teaspoon of coriander powder
  9.     1 tablespoon raw chilli paste
  10.     Half a teaspoon of chili powder
  11.     Jayatri half a teaspoon
  12.     A pinch of nutmeg
  13.     Almond paste 1 tbsp
  14.     Whole hot spices (cloves 3 tbsp, white cardamom 4 tbsp, cinnamon 3-4 pieces)
  15.     Like the amount of salt
  16.     1 teaspoon of sugar
  17.     Raisins
  18.     One cup of milk
  19.     5-6 whole green chillies
  20.     1 cup of oil
  21.     1 tablespoon of ghee (without ghee)
  22.     Hot water

Mutton biryani method



(1) Wash the rice and shake off the water.

(2) Potatoes were half boiled and fried in a little oil. Stir in some onions.

(3) Wash the meat and take it in a pot with water, ginger, garlic, cumin, salt, chilli paste, red chilli powder and leave it for 1 hour.

(3) Put oil in a pot and put it in the oven. When the oil is hot, lightly fry the onion with the meat in it. Now you have to season the meat with hot spices. Once the meat is cooked, it should be cooked with hot water.

(4) When the meat is cooked, it should be given with almond paste, jaggery and nutmeg. After drying the meat broth, you have to check the salt and cover it.

(5) In the pot in which you will cook the biryani, if it is hot with ghee or oil, fry it with hot spices and rice. Now fry the rice well with whole raw chillies and raisins and cover it with hot milk, sugar, salt and water.

(6) It is necessary to check whether the rice is actually boiled after drying the water. When the rice boils, you don't have to cover it anymore. Now the stove has to be reduced. The meat should be mixed with polao.

(7) Now check the salt and shake it a little and put the onion on top.
