Thai chicken recipes materials
- - 2 cups small or medium size pieces of chicken
- - 1 cup of capsicum slices
- - 1 egg
- - 1 teaspoon of chili powder
- - 1 cup of Thai chili sauce
- - 4/5 green chillies
- - 3 tablespoons of cornflower
- - 2 cups of onion cut into cubes
- - Half a teaspoon of ginger paste
- - Half a teaspoon of garlic paste
- - Soy sauce 3 tablespoons
- - 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- - The amount of oil
- - Salt to taste
Thai chicken recipes method
(1) First mix the pieces of meat with lemon juice, chilli powder, egg, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, chili sauce and salt and leave for 1 hour.
(2) Then heat oil in a pan and lightly fry with onion for 1-2 minutes. Do not fry too much, onion cannot be browned.
(3) Now add meat with spices. Shake well and cook. The stove flame will be medium.
(4) Now when the meat is cooked, add capsicum and green chillies. At the end of all, cook the cornflower with the meat in cold water for five minutes, stirring constantly. Then when it becomes thick, shake it down.
