  1. - 2 cups small or medium size pieces of chicken
  2. - 1 cup of capsicum slices
  3. - 1 egg
  4. - 1 teaspoon of chili powder
  5. - 1 cup of Thai chili sauce
  6. - 4/5 green chillies
  7. - 3 tablespoons of cornflower
  8. - 2 cups of onion cut into cubes
  9. - Half a teaspoon of ginger paste
  10. - Half a teaspoon of garlic paste
  11. - Soy sauce 3 tablespoons
  12. - 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  13. - The amount of oil
  14. - Salt to taste


Thai chicken recipes method



(1) First mix the pieces of meat with lemon juice, chilli powder, egg, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, chili sauce and salt and leave for 1 hour.

(2) Then heat oil in a pan and lightly fry with onion for 1-2 minutes. Do not fry too much, onion cannot be browned.

(3) Now add meat with spices. Shake well and cook. The stove flame will be medium.
