Materials



  1.      1 kg mutton
  2.      250 grams of chopped tomatoes
  3.      1 large chopped onion
  4.      2 teaspoons ginger-garlic paste
  5.      1/2 teaspoon blackberries
  6.      1.5 tablespoons whole fried cumin
  7.     1 tablespoon fried whole coriander
  8.      2 teaspoons lemon juice
  9.      6 whole green chillies
  10.      1.5 teaspoons fried fennel seeds
  11.      1 tablespoon kasori fenugreek
  12.      1/4 teaspoon fenugreek seeds
  13.      1/2 cup oil
  14.      1.5 teaspoons salt
  15.      2 teaspoons powdered chilli
  16.      1/2 teaspoon turmeric

Method


1. Fennel, cumin powder, coriander powder, black cumin, fenugreek seeds powder together.

2. Heat oil and fry onion for 5 minutes, add ginger, chopped tomatoes, salt, chilli powder and turmeric. In this, you have to get rid of the castrated meats. When the meat is cooked, cover it with half a cup of water and cook.

3. Now add powdered spices, lemon juice and green chillies. Keep pressing until the oil floats up. When the spice sticks, take it out of the oven and serve.
