Today's recipe is arranged by Kabsa, a fun and national dish of Saudi Arabia. This fun item is also known as makbūs.
Al kabsa chicken recipe
Materials
- Chicken 1 kg
- Like salt to taste
- Half a cup of oil, ghee can be used instead of oil
- 2 teaspoons of hot spice powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon of coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon of red chilli powder
- Half a teaspoon of cumin powder
- 1 cup onion and 6 green chillies
- Adabata half a teaspoon
- Garlic half a teaspoon
- 1 cup of tomato paste
- 8 cardamoms
- 6 cloves
- 3 cinnamon
- Fennel is small
- For sorting nuts, eggs and lemons
Method
1.First put onion, ginger and garlic paste in a pressure cooker with oil. When the onion is soft and reddish, grate it with cloves, cardamom, cinnamon and anise and leave the chicken pieces on low heat for 10 minutes. Then cook the chicken with cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, hot spices, turmeric. Then stir gently with the tomato paste.
2. Close the lid of the pressure cooker and wait for up to three whistles. Then open the lid and remove the chicken.
3. Pour the rice in a little water in the cooker and cover it with three whistles and the rice will be ready.
4. Now heat ghee in another pot and fry the cooked chicken red in it. Basmati rice cooked first in a pot, put fried chicken on it.
5. Finally garnish with fried nuts, eggs and lemon and serve Al Kabsa.
