Hotpot meat vegetables recipe
Materials:
- 1/2 kg small cut beef
- 12 loaves
- 12 large potatoes
- 2 cups finely chopped spinach
- 2 eggplants cut into squares
- Cut 250 grams of barbati into 1 inch slices
- 4 teaspoons ground chilli
- 3 teaspoons coriander powder
- 2 teaspoons cumin powder
- 2 teaspoons ginger garlic paste
- Cut 4 tomatoes
- 1/4 cup tamarind shells
- 1.5 teaspoons salt
- 1 cup oil
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
- 2 chopped onions
- 1/2 cup dried coconut
- 7-8 whole green chillies
Method
The meat should be almost boiled with ginger-garlic paste, salt and turmeric. In a large pan, fry the chopped onion till golden. Fry all the vegetables except eggplant for 5 minutes with chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and salt. Give with chopped tomatoes. Boil meat with 4-5 cups of water. When it becomes thick in water, break the bread into small pieces and cover it with eggplant and tamarind juice. At the end of the green pepper, dried coconut should be suppressed.
