Easy Hotpot meat vegetables recipe.



Materials:


  1.     1/2 kg small cut beef
  2.     12 loaves
  3.     12 large potatoes
  4.     2 cups finely chopped spinach
  5.     2 eggplants cut into squares
  6.     Cut 250 grams of barbati into 1 inch slices
  7.     4 teaspoons ground chilli
  8.     3 teaspoons coriander powder
  9.     2 teaspoons cumin powder
  10.     2 teaspoons ginger garlic paste
  11.     Cut 4 tomatoes
  12.     1/4 cup tamarind shells
  13.     1.5 teaspoons salt
  14.     1 cup oil
  15.     1/4 teaspoon turmeric
  16.     2 chopped onions
  17.     1/2 cup dried coconut
  18.     7-8 whole green chillies


Method


The meat should be almost boiled with ginger-garlic paste, salt and turmeric. In a large pan, fry the chopped onion till golden. Fry all the vegetables except eggplant for 5 minutes with chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and salt. Give with chopped tomatoes. Boil meat with 4-5 cups of water. When it becomes thick in water, break the bread into small pieces and cover it with eggplant and tamarind juice. At the end of the green pepper, dried coconut should be suppressed.
