A popular dish is marchemic kofta. It is basically kofta of lentils. So let's find out how to make this kofta.
Marchemic kofta recipe
Materials
- 1 cup of lentils
- Potatoes 1 o'clock
- Onion sprouts 1/2 cup
- 2 teaspoons of garlic cloves
- 1 cup of mint leaves

- 1 teaspoon of chilli powder
- Tomato ketchup 2 tablespoons
- 2 tablespoons of chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon of hot spice powder
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- Onion sprouts 2-3 tablespoons

Method
1.First, the pulses and potatoes (potatoes cut into small pieces) should be washed together and boiled with a little water. Care should be taken so that the stalks do not melt at all.
2. Now put onion in oil in a pan and fry for 3-4 minutes with all the ingredients one by one (except mint leaves and onion sprouts and everything else). Fry for 3-4 minutes.
3.Then in a bowl, boiled pulses, potatoes, mint leaves, onion sprouts and fried spices should be mixed together and rubbed by hand.
4. Now you have to make kofta like a handful of kebabs little by little. Spread lettuce leaves on a plate and serve with kofta on top.
