Materials
Whatever it takes to marinate the chicken
- Chicken run or any choice - 5 to 6 pieces
- Ginger paste - 3 teaspoons
- Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
- Pepper Faki - 1 tsp
- Vegetable Stock Cube Powder - 1 (If not available you can add any Chicken Fry Mix Powder)
- - Take the chicken pieces in a bowl and marinate with all the above ingredients for 1 hour.
What it takes to make a batter
- Flour-1 cup
- Arrowroot - Half cup
- Eggs - 1
- Paprika Powder - 2 Tbsp / Red Chili Powder
- Testing Salt - 1 tsp (can be made without)
- Pepper Faki - 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
Method
1. Mix all the above ingredients in a bowl with 1 cup of water, understand that the water may take a little more and the batter will not be too thin and will not be thick again.
2. Now dip the marinated chicken pieces in this batter and fry in oil for at least 12 to 15 minutes. Remember to heat the oil before serving the chicken pieces and after 4 to 5 minutes of adding the oil, turn the heat to medium so that it does not burn and the meat is cooked inside!
3. Take it down and serve hot with the sauce of your choice!
