Eat fun item Harisa Chicken. Lunch goes well with hot rice or polao. I made Harissa Chicken with Zilapino Rice. You try it too.
Red Capsicum 5 hrs (large view)
Garlic kwa 10 to 12 o'clock
Naga Chili / Salty Bombay Chili A little (you can do it if you don't like salty)
1 teaspoon whole coriander (taken lightly)
1 teaspoon of cumin seeds (taken lightly)
Half a teaspoon of royal cumin (you can skip it if you don't have it)
Tomato paste 2 tablespoons
2 tablespoons of olive oil
A little salt
Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Now grate these gleaming capsicums. Now in a blender, grind the capsicum and all the above ingredients with a little water and paste it.
Boneless Chicken (Breast / Thai Piece) 6 Pieces
2 teaspoons of garlic cloves
Harissa Sauce (first made whole)
Salt to taste
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Now fry the chicken pieces in oil in a pan until light red, then add all the above ingredients and half a cup of hot water, half a cup of cherry tomato pieces and let it simmer for 40 to 45 minutes. When the broth becomes thick and like macha-macha sauce, you will understand!
