Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon
Red pepper powder - 1 teaspoon
Chili paste - 2 teaspoons
Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Curry leaves - 3
Hot spice powder - 1 teaspoon
Cardamom, bay leaves, whole black pepper - 2 pieces
Salt- to taste
Oil - 3 tablespoons
Preparation method
1) First wash the chicken pieces well and spread with chilli paste, salt and tokadai.
2) On the other hand, heat oil in a large pan and add curry leaves, cardamom, bay leaves and whole black pepper.
3) Then add onion paste, garlic paste and ginger paste one by one. You can add a little water if needed. Keep in mind, the spice does not burn!
4) Now mix the chicken pieces well with the spices and keep stirring.
