Chicken Biryani Cooking Recipe

1. Chicken - 1 kg
2. Ginger paste - 1.5 teaspoons

3. Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon

4. Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon

5. Tokadai - 2 tablespoons

. Garlic paste - 1.5 teaspoons

. Chili powder - 1 teaspoon

. Nutmeg-Jayatri powder- 1/2 teaspoon

9. Hot spice powder - 1.5 tsp

10. Salt - Quantitative

11. Oil - 3 tablespoons

12. Onion sprouts - 2 tablespoons

13. Ghee - 2 tablespoons

14. Onion Chili Bata - 1/2 cup

Method of cooking

(1) First take chicken in a pot and mix ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, sour curd, chilli powder, nutmeg-jaytri powder, hot spice powder, salt and onion chilli paste in it and leave it for one hour. .

(2) Then heat oil and ghee in a pan and fry the onion.

(3) When the onion is slightly fried, add the marinated chicken with all the spices.

(4) When the chicken is done, it should be kept down.

Everything you need to cook rice-

1. Polao's rice - 1 kg

2. Onion sprouts - 1/2 cup

3. Oil - 3 tablespoons

4. Ghee - 2 tablespoons

5. Ginger paste - 2 tablespoons

6. Garlic paste - 2 tablespoons

7. Cardamom - 4 pieces

8. Cinnamon - 2 pieces

9. Bay leaves - 3 pieces

10. Hot water - twice as much as rice

11. Salt - Quantitative

12. Cashew nuts - 1/2 cup

13. Rose water - 2-3 drops

14. Keora water - 2 drops

Method of cooking

(1) First wash the rice and strain the water.

(2) Then heat oil and ghee in a pan and fry it with onion powder, cardamom, cinnamon and bay leaves.

(3) When the onion is fried red, it should be stirred with ginger paste and garlic paste.

(4) Then fry the rice with salt for a while more.

(5) When it is fried, cover it with hot water and cook on low heat.

(6) If the water is low, you have to stir it with the pre-cooked chicken and cook it on low heat for some more time.

(6) Then when it is done, sprinkle Keora water and rose water.
