Materials


  1.     Tomatoes - 4,5 (see ripe red)
  2.     Soybean oil or olive oil - 1 tsp
  3.     Chili powder to taste
  4.     Garlic paste - 1/4 teaspoon
  5.     Chicken Stock - 1 Cube (Wish)
  6.     Cornflower as needed
  7.     Salt to taste
  8.     Sugar half-teaspoon
  9.     Coriander leaves - 1 teaspoon

Method

- Boil with water in a pan or pot in the oven. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces with a knife and leave them in boiling water for four to five minutes. Make sure that the tomatoes are not stuffed, only the peels will come out.

- Remove the tomatoes from the water and peel them. Then take two pieces and leave the grains and blend in a blender.

- If you don't have a blender at home, you have to boil the peeled and peeled tomatoes again in hot water and grind them as smooth as possible.

- In a pan, fry the garlic with oil and blend the tomatoes. Then add water and salt as required. You can also use homemade chicken stock or leave a cube of chicken stock bought outside.

- When it boils, add black pepper powder. Taste with a little sugar. Add cornflower paste as required. If you want, you can also make clear soup without mixing cornflower. Spread coriander leaves and serve hot.

Tips
If you want to eat more salt in the soup, you can add red chilli powder while cooking the tomatoes. The color will be more beautiful. Or you can blend tomatoes with green chillies. Many people prefer butter in soup. In that case, after removing the soup from the oven, pour it in a serving bowl and put butter on top. It will look beautiful, it will look shiny.
