How to make garlic potato
Materials
- Potatoes cut into pieces - 2 cups
- Garlic cloves - 1 teaspoon
- Ginger paste - 1/2 teaspoon
- Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon

- Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon
- Bay leaves - 2
- Oil - 2 teaspoons
- Ghee - 1 tablespoon
- Salt- to taste
- 4 pieces of green chillies
Garlic potato recipe
1) First put a big pan in the oven and let the water heat in it. Boil the chopped potatoes with a little salt and keep them.
2) On the other hand, heat oil and boil bay leaves in it with garlic paste and ginger paste.
3) Then add salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder and cumin powder one by one. The spices should be roasted with a little water.
4) Now mix well with tomato puree and tokadai. You can also add tomato paste instead of puree if you want.
5) Put the potatoes in the seasoning and keep stirring. Reduce the heat of the oven and cook, otherwise the spices may burn!
6) Then heat ghee in another pan and lightly fry it with onion, garlic and green chilli slices.
6) When it is fried, pour it in the potato curry. It has to be done in the same way as it does in pulses or vegetables.
7) Now spread hot spice powder and coriander leaves in it and keep it under low heat for a while. Ghee and fried garlic will give a very nice flavor to grate!
