How to make fish tikka kebab
Materials
- 8 pieces of fish fillet or belly
- Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
- Red pepper powder - 1 teaspoon

1) First, cut the fish belly pieces into the shape of your choice. You can use any fish that has less thorns. Add salt and lemon juice to the fish and leave it for 5 minutes.
2) On the other hand, in a large bowl, mix red chilli powder, tomato sauce, chaat masala, black pepper powder, salt, coriander leaves, coriander powder and hot spice powder.
