Chicken korma materials
- Chicken leg piece - 5 pieces
- Ghee + oil - 3 + 2 tablespoons
- Onion paste - 1/2 cup
- Garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Ginger paste - 1 tbsp
- Onion sprouts - 4 tablespoons
- Coriander powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Powdered spices (cardamom-4, cinnamon-1 piece, nutmeg-half, jaggery-half all ground) - 1 tsp
- Pesto paste - 1/2 teaspoon
- Milk - 1/2 cup
- Prunes - 4
- Green pepper - 4/5
- Salt - 1/2 tsp (as required)
- Bay leaves - 2
- Tokadai - 4 tablespoons
- Tomato ketchup - one and a half tablespoons
- Milk - like quantity
Method
1.First, lightly fry the pieces of meat in oil with a little salt.
2. Now fry the onion in oil in a pan and add all the bata spices in it. Once it is cooked, you have to add all the powdered spices in it. Cover with a little water.
3. Ketchup yogurt should be added to the seasoning. Cover with pieces of meat and cook on low heat for 10 minutes. Now you have to wait till it boils with milk.
4. Now you have to give it with prunes and green chillies. When the broth is dry, lower it and serve.
