Sometimes it is not the case that there are ingredients in the soup but any curry dipped in rice for wanting to eat? My own problem is solved with stew! For dinner I cooked stew with Thai red curry flavor, along with lots of vegetables, chicken and some shrimp! Served with hot rice with lemon juice chips hot!
Red curry paste ingredients
- - 4 onion sprouts
- - 2 large garlic cloves
- - 5 sticks of lemon grass or china grass
- - 6 ripe red chillies (not dried chillies)
- - 1 handful of finely chopped coriander leaves
- - 2 teaspoons powdered pepper
- - Grate 1 ginger
- - 1 lemon zest (lemon peel)
- - 3-4 lemon leaves
- - 2 tablespoons dried shrimp powder
- - 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- - 2 tablespoons oil
Ingredients needed to make stew with Thai red curry flavor
- - 2 cups of chicken / vegetable stock
- - 1 cup of chicken pieces
- - 1 cup of shrimp
- - Grate 2 cups of button mushrooms
- - Mixed vegetables of choice
- - Half a cup of tomato pieces
- - 1 cup of coconut milk
- - Coriander leaves
- - 1 teaspoon of garlic cloves
- - A few pieces of lemon grass / Thai leaves
- - Red curry paste 6 tablespoons
- - 3 tablespoons of lemon juice
- - Tastes like salt
Method
Put all the above ingredients together in a pot and cook on low heat for 15 minutes. Sprinkle some coriander leaves at meal time. Busy Easy Dinner Ready.
If you don't want to make red curry paste, you can buy it from outside, but fresh homemade paste tastes different!
