Today I came up with a slightly different chicken curry recipe. Coconut Chicken Curry. It has a nice aroma of coconut with the taste of juicy chicken. Let's see, but there is no recipe.
Materials
- Chicken breast cut into pieces of your choice - 1 pound
- Olive oil - 1.5 tablespoons
- Large onion sprouts - 1
- Red curry paste - 2 tablespoons
- Red capsicum small - 1 tbsp
- Yellow capsicum in small pieces - 1 tbsp
- Ginger powder - 2 teaspoons
- Garlic cloves - 4
- Coconut milk - 1 cup
- Cornflower - 1 tablespoon
- Sweet Chili Sauce - 1 tbsp
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Fish sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Brown sugar - 1 tbsp
Chicken curry recipe
1. Heat oil in a large pan over medium high heat with chicken, onion and curry paste. Stir until the chicken changes color. Sprinkle with capsicum, ginger and garlic. Cook for a while.
2. Now add half a cup of coconut milk. Mix the rest with cornflower.
3. Now give all the other ingredients one by one. Let the chicken boil and let it boil. Whether you make the curry thick or thin will depend on your choice.
4. When done, take it down. Then take the serving dish and spread the basil, coriander leaves and some lime zest on top. Serve with white rice or any other type of rice.
