Materials


  1.     Chicken breast pieces cut into cubes - one bowl
  2.     Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon
  3.     Garlic paste - 1/2 teaspoon
  4.     Cumin paste - 1/2 teaspoon
  5.     Chili powder - 1 teaspoon
  6.     Kebab spices - 1 teaspoon
  7.     Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  8.     Tomato Sauce - 1 tbsp
  9.     Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  10.     White pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  11.     Salt- to taste
  12.     Green capsicum - 1 cut into cubes
  13.     Red capsicum - 1 cut into cubes
  14.     Onion cut into medium size cubes - 1
  15.     Mustard oil - 2 tablespoons

How to make Chicken Sasalik


1) Take all the chicken in a big bowl and mix it together with all the spices, soy sauce, salt and mustard oil. Let it marinate for an hour.

2) Now mix it again with capsicum and onion. So that the spice is also applied on the vegetables.

3) Soak a few sticks of sasalik in water. This makes it less likely that the stick will burn during folding.

4) Now build chicken, onion, capsicum one by one on the stick. Build everything up to the end of the stick.

5) Take a nonstick pan and heat it with 2 tablespoons of oil. Now put the stove on high heat and add sasalik one by one. Fold the sasalik upside down. Be sure to reduce the flame during folding.

6) After folding in this way for 12-14 minutes, you will see that the surroundings have been folded properly. Now take it down.
