When we go to Chinese restaurants, we almost all eat chaomin. It comes in many varieties, Chicken Chaomin, Shrimp Chaomin, Mixed Chaomin, Vegetable Chaomin. Today we will see how to cook mixed chaomin.
Materials
- Boneless chicken cut into Julian size - 2 cups
- Shrimp - 1.5 cups
- Capsicum Red and Green Julian Cut - 1 cup
- Garlic cloves - 2 tablespoons
- Ginger powder - 1 tablespoon
- Cabbage Julian Cut - 1/2 cup
- Carrot Julian Cut - 1/2 cup
- Onion leaf sprouts - 1/2 cup
- Cut the green chillies back in the middle - 5-6 p.m.
- Boiled noodles - 1 large packet
- Salt - Quantitative
- Pepper powder - Quantitative
- Aromat powder - Quantitative
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Chili sauce - 1/2 cup
- Sijuan sauce - 1/2 cup
- Tomato ketchup - 1/2 cup
- Oyster sauce - 1 tbsp
Method
- Take the pan in the oven. Add ginger and garlic in oil. Then add chicken and shrimp. Cook thoroughly.
- When the chicken and shrimp are cooked, add vegetables in it. Add raw pepper. Add salt and pepper powder. Serve with aromatic powder. Stir and cook for a while.
- Now add noodles. Mix everything well.
- Now it's time to give all the sauce. Serve with soy sauce, chili sauce, sesame sauce, tomato ketchup, oyster sauce. Add vinegar. Mix it all very well like last time.
- When done, lower it and arrange it on a plate with spring onion on top. Serve mixed chaomin to the taste of the restaurant.
