Minced polao recipe materials
- 2 cups of polao rice
- 1 cup of minced chicken
- Ghee 1/4 cup
- 2 tablespoons of onion paste
- A few pieces of cinnamon
- 4 cardamoms
- 2 cloves
- Ginger paste 2 teaspoons
- Half a teaspoon of jayetri powder / bata
- Half a teaspoon of nutmeg paste
- 3 cups of boiling hot water
- Salt to taste
- A few green peppers
Method
1. Put cinnamon pieces, cardamom, cloves with ghee in the pan. Now fry it light red with onion. Then stir a little with ginger paste, add minced meat, jaggery powder and nutmeg paste. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Now fry the rice in it for 2-3 minutes and add boiling water and salt to taste. Top with a few green chillies. Cook for 5 minutes.
2. Now reduce the heat of the stove and put the lid on. After 12 to 15 minutes, open the lid and you will see that the water has dried. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Finally sprinkle with barista while serving.
