Chicken roast made with spices is not eaten less, so what if you make chicken roast without using heavy spices? Take a look at the whole process of making roast chicken with different recipes.
Roast chicken and vegetables Materials
- 4 pieces of run with chicken skin / skin
- Half a teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter (kept at room temperature)
- Half a teaspoon of dry oregano
- 4 vegetable stock cubes (I did it with oxo cubes, but if you don't have stock cubes, you can do it with one pack of knor's chicken fry mix)

- First wash the chicken well and dry it with a thin cloth or tissue.
- Now mix the vegetable stock cube, half a teaspoon of black pepper and dry oregano very well with the butter kept at room temperature. Now spread this mixture on the chicken pieces very well.
- Now take it to a non-stick tray and cook in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. (During this cooking, the chicken pieces should be cooked from one side to the other for a while.)
Serve with gravy, roast potatoes and salad. Heavy roast chicken without heavy spices.
