Materials


  1.     Khasi meat - 400 grams.
  2.     Almond paste - 1/2 cup
  3.     Garlic cloves - 4
  4.     Ghee - 1/2 cup
  5.     Cloves - 2
  6.     Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon
  7.     Chili powder - 1 teaspoon
  8.     Milk - 1/2 cup
  9.     Cream - 3 teaspoons
  10.     Cardamom - 4
  11.     Cinnamon - 1
  12.     Salt - Quantitative

Almond Mutton Korma Recipe


1. First, boil water in a pot and boil it with mutton for a few more minutes.

2. When it is cooked, take it out of the oven and soak garlic cloves in it.

3. Then heat ghee in a pan and fry it with boiled mutton.

4. When lightly fried, add garlic, cardamom, cinnamon, turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt and water one by one.

5. Then fry on low heat until the meat is brown.

. If the meat is brown, I will give it with a little water. When the water is dry, I will cook it with almond paste, cream and milk on low heat for 15 minutes. When cooked, take it down.
