Smoked paprika chicken thighs with potato and onion step by step

Step 1: First you have to make paper sauce

  1.     Red Capsicum 5 hrs (large view)
  2.     Garlic kwa 10 to 12 o'clock
  3.     Half a teaspoon of oregano
  4.     2 teaspoons of paprika powder (if you want you can give smoked paprika powder if you can get it or you can give Kashmiri red chilli powder)
  5.     3 tablespoons of olive oil
  6.     Tomato paste 2 tablespoons
  7.     Half a teaspoon of black pepper
  8.     A little salt
  9. Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Now crush the glazed capsicums. Now in a blender, grind the capsicum and all the other ingredients with a little water and make a paste.

Step 2: Make chicken gravy


  1.     Boneless chicken (you can take breast / Thai pieces) 4 pieces
  2.     Half a teaspoon of butter
  3.     2 teaspoons of crushed garlic
  4.     Paper sauce (whole made first)
  5.     Salt to taste

Lightly fry the chicken pieces with butter in a pan. Now add all the above ingredients and put it in 1 cup hot water. Boil the meat for 40 to 45 minutes. The meat will continue to soften and melt, and when the broth thickens, it will become like a creamy sauce.

 

 Step 3: Make paprika potatoes.


  1.     Potato pieces (cut into squares) 1 cup (boiled) Salt to taste
  2.     1 teaspoon of red chilli powder
  3.     2 teaspoons of paprika powder
  4.     1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  5.     1 teaspoon of ginger powder
  6.     Half a cup of flour
  7.     4 to 5 tablespoons of olive oil

Mix all the above ingredients except potatoes, olive oil. Now gently spread the dry mixture of flour mixed with potatoes. Now spread the potatoes in a baking tray, sprinkle olive oil on them and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 18 to 25 minutes (ready to roast until red).
