Step 1: First you have to make paper sauce
- Red Capsicum 5 hrs (large view)

- 2 teaspoons of paprika powder (if you want you can give smoked paprika powder if you can get it or you can give Kashmiri red chilli powder)
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- Tomato paste 2 tablespoons
- Half a teaspoon of black pepper
- A little salt
- Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Now crush the glazed capsicums. Now in a blender, grind the capsicum and all the other ingredients with a little water and make a paste.
Step 2: Make chicken gravy
- Boneless chicken (you can take breast / Thai pieces) 4 pieces
- Half a teaspoon of butter
- 2 teaspoons of crushed garlic
- Paper sauce (whole made first)
- Salt to taste
Lightly fry the chicken pieces with butter in a pan. Now add all the above ingredients and put it in 1 cup hot water. Boil the meat for 40 to 45 minutes. The meat will continue to soften and melt, and when the broth thickens, it will become like a creamy sauce.
Step 3: Make paprika potatoes.
- Potato pieces (cut into squares) 1 cup (boiled) Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon of red chilli powder
- 2 teaspoons of paprika powder
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of ginger powder
- Half a cup of flour
- 4 to 5 tablespoons of olive oil
Mix all the above ingredients except potatoes, olive oil. Now gently spread the dry mixture of flour mixed with potatoes. Now spread the potatoes in a baking tray, sprinkle olive oil on them and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 18 to 25 minutes (ready to roast until red).
